We ship trading cards worldwide from the UK. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your cards arrive in the condition described.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
UK Shipping
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days after dispatch Shipping Rates:
- Cards under £9.95: £2.95 shipping
- Cards £9.95 and over: FREE shipping
- Sealed boxes: £5.95 shipping
- Mixed orders (cards + boxes): £5.95 shipping
Shipping Methods:
- Orders under £50: Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For
- Orders £50-£150: Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Orders over £150: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed
European Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch Shipping Rates:
- Single cards: £9.95
- Sealed boxes: £14.95
We use the most cost-effective and secure international shipping method based on your order value and destination.
Rest of World Shipping
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after dispatch Shipping Rates:
- Single cards: £14.95
- Sealed boxes: £24.95

Packaging
- All cards shipped in bubble mailers
- Cards protected with penny sleeves and toploaders
- High-value cards shipped in magnetic holders for extra protection
- Sealed products shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
We declare all items accurately on customs forms as required by law.
Insurance
- All UK orders include insurance based on the shipping method used
- 2nd Class Signed For: Up to £50 cover
- Tracked 24: Up to £150 cover
- Special Delivery: Up to £750 cover
- We photograph all high-value orders before shipping
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information
- Check with neighbours or your local sorting office
- Contact us at neil@cardbase.co.uk
For damaged or lost packages, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders on the same day, we’ll try to combine them to save on shipping. Contact us immediately if you’d like orders combined.
